Nancy Baggett is an award-winning cookbook author and food journalist who specializes in baking and desserts. She has written for numerous well-known publications, including Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Gourmet, Eating Well, Cooking Light and The Washington Post. Her most recent cookbook is The All-American Dessert Book, a companion to The All American Cookie Book, which was both a 2001 James Beard Cookbook Awards nominee and an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) “Best Baking Book” nominee.
