Moist Banana Bread
This bread was so easy to make, and very moist. It uses 1 cup mashed bananas, and I used butter rather than shortening because I like the flavor butter gives to my baked goods.
Also, the nuts I used were chopped pecans - I toasted them in the oven for a few minutes before adding them - it gives great flavor!
Try Moist Banana Bread.

I just tried the sweet and sour meatballs recipe for Christmas and it was great! I made the appetizers. This with Cannonballs (a recipe my mother gave me that uses sausage and baking mix and cheese) and cheese dip, also mom's recipe. The meatballs were a hit, and I plan on making them for New Year's. Anyone have any good appetizer recipes for New Years?
